Terms and Conditions of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, logging in or using any services provided by mrwira through the website https://mrwira.one or any platform associated with it, you hereby acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") together with all policies referenced within, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling guidelines.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and mrwira ("we", "platform" or "company"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are required to stop using the platform immediately and close your account if you have one.

2. Member Eligibility

To register and use mrwira services, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be 21 years of age or older on the date of registration. mrwira will not allow any underage individual to use this platform under any circumstances.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• Not be a resident or citizen of a jurisdiction that expressly prohibits online gambling. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the mrwira platform is lawful under your local laws.
• Not currently be subject to a suspension or ban by mrwira, whether through a self-exclusion programme or our administrative decision.

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Individual

Each individual is only allowed to hold one (1) active account at mrwira. Registering multiple accounts using the same name, identity card number, mobile number, email or other information is strictly prohibited and may result in all related accounts being suspended or permanently closed.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete and current information when registering. This includes your full name as per your MyKad, an active mobile number and a valid email address. mrwira reserves the right to request verification documents at any time to confirm your identity.

3.3 Password Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. mrwira will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to negligence in protecting your password. Do not share your login details with anyone, including mrwira customer support staff.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Payment Methods

mrwira accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, and cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC and ETH.

4.2 Deposit and Withdrawal Limits

The minimum deposit per transaction is RM50. The minimum withdrawal is RM100. No fixed maximum limit is stated, however mrwira reserves the right to set limits based on account assessment from time to time.

4.3 Processing Time

Approved withdrawals are typically processed within 1 hour of the request being submitted. This time may be affected by factors outside our control such as bank system disruptions or additional verification requirements.

4.4 Payment Verification

All payment methods used must be in the same name as the member registered at mrwira. Payments through third parties are not permitted. mrwira reserves the right to reject or delay any transaction suspected of fraud or money laundering.

5. Bonus and Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

mrwira offers a welcome bonus of 150% of your first deposit up to a maximum of RM1,000. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 25 times the bonus amount received before any withdrawal from the bonus funds can be made.

Calculation example: a deposit of RM100 gives a bonus of RM150, bringing the account balance to RM250. The wagering requirement is RM150 × 25 = RM3,750 before the bonus funds can be withdrawn. For a deposit of RM1,400, the maximum bonus of RM1,000 is given, bringing the balance to RM2,400, with a wagering requirement of RM1,000 × 25 = RM25,000.

5.2 Other Promotions

Additional promotions such as cashback, VIP programme and other special offers have their own terms which will be stated separately when offered. mrwira reserves the right to amend, cancel or end any promotion at any time without prior notice.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to abuse the bonus system, including but not limited to hedge betting, use of multiple accounts or strategies clearly intended to exploit promotions, may result in the cancellation of the bonus and action being taken against the account.

6. Game Rules

All games available at mrwira — including online slots, live casino, virtual sports, Sic Bo, sports betting and esports — are subject to their own specific game rules. Game results generated by the system are final except in cases of proven technical error.

mrwira uses a certified random number generator (RNG) and live dealer platforms operated by licensed software providers. Any game disruption due to a technical fault will be resolved in accordance with the relevant platform compensation policy.

7. Account Suspension and Closure

7.1 mrwira's Rights

mrwira reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close any account at any time with or without prior notice if:

• A member violates any provision of these Terms.
• mrwira suspects fraud, collusion, money laundering or other illegal activity.
• Information provided during registration was found to be false or inaccurate.
• The account is suspected of being used by a person under 21 years of age.
• A self-exclusion request has been received from the member or an authorised party.

7.2 Voluntary Closure

You may request account closure at any time by contacting mrwira customer support via live chat or email. Before closure, all valid funds in your account will be returned in accordance with the standard withdrawal process.

8. Platform Usage

You agree to use the mrwira platform solely for personal entertainment and lawful gambling purposes. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Using automation software, bots or third-party tools to play or bet.
• Sharing or selling your account to another party.
• Using the platform for any activity that violates the law.
• Spreading content that is offensive, false or defamatory about mrwira.
• Attempting to hack, disrupt or cause damage to the platform's systems and infrastructure.

mrwira's services are provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. mrwira does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption, be free of errors or meet your specific requirements at all times.

Gambling involves financial risk. mrwira is not responsible for any financial losses incurred as a result of betting activity on the platform. You must only bet with money you can afford to lose.

11. Changes to Terms

mrwira reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to members via their registered email or through in-platform notifications. The "Updated" date at the top of this document indicates the version of the terms currently in effect.

12. Governing Law
